A new UCI Continental team from the Philippines that started in 2023. The ace is Nicolas Sessler from Brazil, who has experience with a UCI ProTeam. He showed good form this autumn, winning a stage and wearing the leader's jersey in the Tour of Salalah, a stage race in Oman. Jeroen Meijers from the Netherlands, who won the overall classification in last year's Tour de Taiwan, is also a core member of the team with high all-around capabilities. Nichol Blanca Pareja, who won his first Philippine individual time trial championship this year, is a promising young rider from the country.
