CORRATEC VINI FANTINI CORRATEC VINI FANTINI
(PT / Italy)
This is an Italian UCI ProTeam with a strong lineup of sprinters. The team's sponsors, Corratec, a German bicycle manufacturer, and Vini Fantini, an Italian wine producer, are reflected in its name. In addition to competing in Western European races, the team actively participates in races in Southeastern Europe and Asia, securing five wins this season. Three of those victories were claimed by their ace sprinter, Jakub Mareczko (Italy), who has a particularly strong record in Asian races, making him a top contender in any sprint finish.
The other two wins were achieved by puncher Kyrylo Tsarenko (Ukraine), who will turn 24 during the race. The team also includes experienced riders with impressive records, such as Valerio Conti (Italy), who has won a stage at the Vuelta, and Mark Padun (Ukraine), who has claimed two stage wins at the Critérium du Dauphiné. Additionally, Niccolò Bonifazio (Italy), a sprinter with two stage wins at Paris-Nice and the Tour of Japan, has announced his retirement at the end of this season. Fans are eagerly awaiting to see him join the sprint battles one last time on the roads of Kyushu.
