SPARKLE OITA RACING TEAM Sparkle Oita Racing Team

Sparkle Oita is a community-based team founded in Oita in 2021, continuing its challenge to go from Kyushu to the rest of the world as a UCI Continental Team since 2023. The team is notable for its sprinter-heavy roster. Leading the charge is Keitaro Sawada, who often leaves his rivals several bike lengths behind with his sprinting power. The team also features the Kuroeda brothers, Sakuya and Shiki, who are both founders of the team and dominate sprint battles. The overall team leader is Keisuke Aso, who joined this season and excels in survival races with chaotic developments, often finding opportunities in smaller group sprints.
Last year, the SPARKLE OITA RACING TEAM debuted a special white-colored jersey in races across Kyushu. Will they surprise us again this year with another unexpected move…?
