This is a UCI Continental team from Japan, based in Takaishi City, Osaka Prefecture, founded in 2006. The team, led by manager Masahiro Yasuhara, produced its first Road Race All-Japan Champion this year. Kai Kobayashi, the team's ace, achieved the long-awaited All-Japan Championship victory. It is hoped that he will appear in Kyushu wearing the pure white champion jersey. Hijiri Oda, the All-Japan Champion in cyclocross, and Daiki Yasuhara, known for his daring riding style, form the core of the team. Francisco Mancebo Pérez (Spain), who once won the maillot blanc (Young Rider Award) in the Tour de France, still possesses the climbing ability to break up the peloton. Other strong foreign riders include José Vicente Toribio Alcolea (Spain) and Alexandros Agrotis (Cyprus), who joined the team this season.
