On-site Media Coverage
Regarding Media Coverage for Mynavi Tour de Kyushu 2025
Following last year’s event, Mynavi Tour de Kyushu 2025 will be held over four days, from October 10 (Fri.) to 13 (Mon.), across Nagasaki, Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Miyazaki, and Oita.
We are now accepting applications for media coverage of the series of events starting on October 10 (Fri.).
【Media Coverage Overview】
① Online Pre-registration → Media Application Form (Deadline: Tuesday, September 30)

All media representatives wishing to cover the event must complete pre-registration.

Those who apply will receive an AD Pass and, upon request, a parking permit around Friday, October 3.
Please note that the number of parking permits is limited, and we may not be able to accommodate all requests. -
Freelance journalists must clearly state the name of the publication, date of publication, and content of coverage when applying.

For safety reasons—particularly during finish-line shooting—the number of people allowed in the media zone may be restricted.
Please note that official race media will be given priority for access to all areas. -
Regarding media cars (under consideration):
These vehicles will follow behind the race convoy and transport media personnel to shooting points along the course.
Operation is planned only for the Fukuoka stage circuit course.
Due to race management, the number of drop-off points will be limited.
There are also logistical constraints regarding movement and capacity, and plans are subject to change, including possible cancellation.

③ On-site Media Check-in

Please verify your identity and receive a bib at the reception tent at each stage.

Please note that if media activities during the event significantly deviate from staff instructions or safety guidelines, coverage privileges may be revoked.
※ About Tour de Kyushu
Tour de Kyushu is a UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale)–approved road cycling race established by the Kyushu Regional Strategy Council, composed of business leaders and prefectural governors from across Kyushu.
It was created to carry on the legacy of the Rugby World Cup, promote cycle tourism in Kyushu, and symbolize recovery from recent natural disasters that have struck the region.
