STAGE 3 FUKUOKA STAGE
The final day of the race concludes at the World Heritage site, Munakata Shrine. Starting at Okagaki Sanry Ai, riders will complete nine laps of a 14 km circuit that includes a sprint point at Hatsu Beach, with its panoramic views of the Genkai Sea, and a Category 2 climb at Tarumi Pass. The last 2 km of the straight stretch overlaps with the ancient maritime trade route that connected Munakata Shrine to the World Heritage site of Okinoshima and the Korean Peninsula. If the top riders are closely matched heading into this stage, it will likely lead to a fierce exchange of attacks.
