Disclosure of self-checklist for governing large international sports events
In the “Guidelines on the Governance Structure of Organizing Committees for Large-scale International or Domestic Sporting Events,” organizing committees and other entities involved in the preparation and operation of large-scale sporting events are recognized as organizations with significant societal impact and are required to fulfill appropriate accountability to society. Therefore, particularly high levels of governance are demanded.
We, the Tour de Kyushu Association, have conducted a self-explanation based on a self-checklist regarding compliance with these guidelines, and hereby disclose the results as attached.
