LOCUS is an inquiry-based learning program developed by the Mynavi Corporation, where high school students explore solutions to local issues with the support of local businesses. By fostering students’ interest in their communities and local industries during high school, the program aims to encourage U-turn employment (graduates returning to work in their hometowns) and local job placement.
